Right of Withdrawal

• When making a purchase from the Libaubike online store, you have the right to withdraw from the contract unilaterally within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.

• During the withdrawal period, you have the right to inspect and test the product to determine whether it meets your needs and expectations. Please note that if you intend to exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use the product only to the extent necessary to examine its nature, characteristics, and functioning (to the same extent as you would be able to do in a regular retail store before purchasing), without leaving visible signs of use.

• When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for any use of the product beyond what is necessary for inspection, for any use that is incompatible with the principle of good faith, and for any reduction in the product’s value, quality, or safety.

• To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the Libaubike online store of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may submit your withdrawal by completing the Withdrawal Form or by sending a request in Latvian or English to: libaubike@gmail.com

Consequences of Withdrawal

• If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the purchased product. Delivery costs are not refundable.
• You must return the product to the Libaubike store at: Libau Bike

• without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you received the goods, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the expiry of the 14-day period.
• If you return the goods using a courier service, you agree that Libaubike may unilaterally determine the visual condition and completeness of the product upon receipt. Any subsequent claims that the condition or contents do not correspond to what you sent will be considered unfounded. Therefore, we recommend returning products in person at:

• You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
• You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
• You are responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the withdrawal period.

Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised,

In accordance with Paragraph 22 of Cabinet Regulation No. 255 of 20 May 2014 “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts”, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases, including when:

• The price of the goods depends on fluctuations in the financial market that are beyond the seller’s control and may occur during the withdrawal period;
• The goods are manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
• The goods are liable to deteriorate rapidly or have a short expiration period.
